  •  Post self nomination Qualtrics form; set up schedule for such posts.
  •  Regularly (i.e., weekly) follow-up with individuals who express.

Task 3: Reach out to Nancy Sin about their mentorship group and invite them to participate. [Miranda]

  •  Draft an email to Nancy Sin.
  •  Send Nancy Sin the email.
  •  Follow-up with Nancy Sin.

Task 4: Schedule speaker for specific lab meeting. [Miranda]

  •  During admin meeting, determine when/how many speakers we need for the term’s lab meetings.
  •  Ask lab members for input of what talks/individuals from our list to prioritize.
  •  Contact and schedule BIPOC speaker.
