- Draft Qualtrics form for self nominations.
- Draft a response for those who express interest via self nomination Qualtrics form (i.e., let them know they are on our list and we will contact them to schedule a time, etc.).
- Research areas to post the Qualtrics form (e.g., Twitter, listservs, etc.).
- Post self nomination Qualtrics form; set up schedule for such posts.
- Regularly (i.e., weekly) follow-up with individuals who express.
Task 3: Reach out to Nancy Sin about their mentorship group and invite them to participate. [Miranda]
- Draft an email to Nancy Sin.
- Send Nancy Sin the email.
- Follow-up with Nancy Sin.
Task 4: Schedule speaker for specific lab meeting. [Miranda]
- During admin meeting, determine when/how many speakers we need for the term’s lab meetings.
- Ask lab members for input of what talks/individuals from our list to prioritize.
- Contact and schedule BIPOC speaker.
